"Teabellies" is a trading style of Before You Go Limited, company number 13452087, registered in England and Wales also referred to as "we" or "us" in these terms and conditions.

Who we are

Teabellies is a boutique curator and supplier of beautiful teaware, tea accessories, tea and tea-themed gifts.  Our website address is www.teabellies.co.uk.

Our Service

We're all about making you happy and providing you with the best service possible.  But we understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan.  If you've been sent or received a Teabellies delivery and it wasn't quite what you expected, email us right away at hello@teabellies.co.uk.  We'll do our absolute best to respond within 24 hours. We want to make things right.

Payment for Orders

At Teabellies, we like to keep things simple and smooth. That's why we take payment when you place your order so you can sit back and relax knowing that everything is taken care of.  If there are any issues, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Product Descriptions

We want to make sure that you have all the information you need before making a purchase on our website. Each product has its own product description, which may include important details like number of items in stock, delivery estimates, warranties and guarantees.  

We do our best to ensure that all the information on our website, including product descriptions, colours, prices and availability, is accurate and up-to-date. However, please note that screen monitors can display colours differently.

We take pride in the content and quality of all our hampers. In the rare event that we encounter any supply difficulties with the contents of our hampers, we may need to substitute goods or packaging with items of equal quality and value to ensure that you still receive a great product.

Delivery

We strive to provide our customers with the most cost-effective shipping options for their orders. In some cases, however, if the weight of an order is unusually heavy and excessively exceeds the price we are charged by our couriers, we may need to contact you to discuss an additional payment before we can dispatch your order. We hope you understand that this is a necessary measure to ensure that we can continue to offer competitive shipping rates and fulfil your order as efficiently as possible.

Despatch

We want to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.  If we have your items in stock and we receive your order before 1 pm (UK Standard Time), we will send it out the same day. If your order comes in after 1 pm, we will dispatch it on the next working day. If, for any reason, we cannot dispatch your order on time, we will get in touch with you via email to offer you some options such as an alternative product, a later delivery date, or a refund if you prefer.

Offers & Discount Codes

From time to time we may be send our customers exciting offers. You can use these offers on our website  www.teabellies.co.uk. To get the offer and/or discount, all you need to do is enter the code at the online checkout.  Our offers can't usually be combined with any other offers and don't include delivery, unless we've mentioned otherwise. We may change the terms of special offers and promotional codes or withdraw them altogether without any prior notice.

If we offer personalised special offers and promotions, only the customer in receipt of the special offer can redeem the discount.
