Easy Returns Policy

At Teabellies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases.  If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days.  We will then refund or exchange, providing it meets the terms explained on this page. 

By 'original condition', we mean that your purchase must be unused and the original packaging and labels must be in good condition so that the product can be resold at full price. 

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items received more than 30 days ago, unless faulty.
  • Items that have been opened or unsealed, other than where necessary to inspect
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been personalised
  • Perishable goods such as food
  • Items without original packaging and labels
  • Items, packaging and labels in poor condition
  • Items without proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will email you to let you know whether it has been approved for refund and where to return it. 

A refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original purchaser and payment method used.  If you have not received your refund after 14 days, contact your payment provider in the first instance.  If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please email hello@teabellies.co.uk.

Gifts

For items bought with gift cards, we will send an exchange or refund the value to an e-gift card.  If a refund is requested, this will be sent to the person who made the original purchase and they will be emailed accordingly.

Refunds for purchases with promo gifts

To get a full refund, make sure to return any free gifts you received as part of an offer or promotion when purchasing an item.

Refunds for purchases made with a promo code

If you've purchased items using a promo code and decide to return some of them, we will deduct a portion of the promotional value from your refund. 

Shipping returns

You are responsible for packaging and paying the shipping costs for returning your item. 

Faulty or damaged item

In the event of a faulty or damaged item, please email hello@teabellies.co.uk with photos, details about the issue, and if you would like a refund or exchange (subject to availability).   After 30 days, we will repair or replace a faulty item in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
